⚠ CRITICAL REGULATORY NOTICE

YellowBills is strictly an operational efficiency and internal workflow tracking tool. It is NOT an accounting software, NOT a tax-compliant billing platform, and cannot be used to issue statutory commercial tax bills under the CGST Act, 2017.

1. Nature of the Software

YellowBills is engineered exclusively as a high-speed operational helper, internal estimation log, and digital calculator. All documents generated are strictly informal business summaries and not legal tax instruments.

2. Absolute Tax & GST Disclaimer

• No output produced by YellowBills meets the statutory definition of a "Tax Bill" under Section 31 of the CGST Act, 2017.

• The Software does not perform real-time validation of tax rules, ledger updates, or statutory returns.

• Users are strictly prohibited from altering output labels to read "Tax Bill", "GST Bill", or any legally deceptive phrase.

3. User Covenants & Lawful Use

• You will maintain separate, legally compliant books of accounts as required by applicable law.

• You will not use the Software for tax evasion, financial fraud, or any illicit trading.

• You assume full legal, civil, and criminal liability for all data entered into the Software.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS-IS" without warranties. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including GST penalties, tax fines, audits, or legal fees arising from use of this Software.

5. Watermarking & Guardrails

The Company reserves the right to hardcode disclaimers including "ESTIMATE / NOT A TAX BILL" on all outputs. Users agree not to bypass, mask, or strip these watermarks.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the Company's registered headquarters.
